What is health information

 Information is an ephemeral resource. It is defined as the data and information that intelligent systems (both human and artificial) use to support their judgments, according to one definition. By making better use of information—by making the way patient data and medical knowledge are gathered, processed, and communicated more efficient—health informatics assists clinicians in their judgments and actions and improves patient outcomes.
